July 2 – November 30 is the filing period for assessment appeals for the regular roll/lien date assessments.

During this filing period the Clerk of the Board will accept petitions for Assessment Appeals Board hearings for the regular roll. Other filing periods apply for supplemental assessments and escape assessments.
